TRIVIA AND NOSTALGIA

1 The cult Book The Verticle Plane by Ken Webster, is a factual account of a computer ghost in a terrace cottage in Doddleston nr Chester. I am the 'untalented' sonwritter Ken describes as trying to seduce his girldriend Debbie, and accused of faking the really wierd events that took place. Fact is i know the truth behind the whole thing, which always makes me chuckle when i see all the theories put forward to explain the events. There was even a television programme about it! I spent a lot of time in that house, using the small recording studio upstairs in one of the bedrooms. Anybody interested in the true story: contact me.

AMSTERDAM. My favourite band from that time. Gary Jones (drummer) where are you?

THE POINT From Liverpool i think. Two great girl singers. On the circuit in the 80's

EAT AT JOE'S i know nothing about this band, only that they were a three piece from Liverpool,

and were fantastic.

THE A TEAM Great Soul band.

ATTEMPTED MOUSTACHE. What a great name.

THE GEISHA GIRLS. They stole our gig. We stayed to watch them, and they were great.

THE ZORKIE TWINS.

SINISTER Great punk band.
